Refund Eligibility

1. Digital Products: We offer refunds for digital products (e.g., software, e-books) within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

   • The product is defective or not as described.

   • You have not downloaded or accessed the digital product.

   • You have a valid reason for requesting a refund.

2. Physical Products: For physical products (e.g., merchandise, hardware), we offer refunds within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

   • The product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

   • You have a valid reason for requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain products/services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Gift cards and vouchers.

• Customized or personalized items.

• Services that have already been provided or initiated.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at mail@17lyk-thess.thess.sch.gr with your refund request and provide the following information:

   • Order number.

   • Reason for the refund request.

   • Any supporting documentation or evidence, if applicable.

2. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1 business days to inform you whether your request has been approved or denied.

3. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
